Rule 78
Determination of Gota Ganti (piece rate) rate
While determining the rate of Gota Ganti (piece rate) for workers working in Gota Ganti (piece rate) under functional employment, the following should be done:-
(a) If there is an agreement between the worker and the employer, accordingly,
(b) To increase the rate of piece rate in the same proportion as the minimum wage has been increased, (c) except in clauses (a) and (b) on the hourly basis of the worker's minimum wage.
